  Northeastern Willacy County in deep south Texas...

* Until 1100 PM CDT.

* At 900 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain 
  have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are 
  possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected 
  to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy showers.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

COUNTY...

Flood waters have receded. The Willacy County Sheriff's office 
reported only nuisance flooding occurring in the vicinity of San 
Perlita. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.

An Urban and Small Stream Advisory remains in effect for the area. 

A Flash Flood Watch remains in effect until 700 PM CDT Thursday for 
a portion of Deep South Texas.
