AFTERNOON FOR CENTRAL HAMPDEN AND SOUTH CENTRAL HAMPSHIRE COUNTIES...

rain across the warned area. Between 2.5 and 3 inches of rain have
fallen. Westfield reported rainfall of 2.62 inches between 1 and 2
pm. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
