  Northeastern Hartford County in northern Connecticut...
  Tolland County in northern Connecticut...
  Northwestern Windham County in northern Connecticut...
  Southwestern Worcester County in central Massachusetts...
  Southeastern Hampden County in western Massachusetts...

* Until 1115 AM EDT.

* At 814 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across Hartford County in Connecticut and is expected 
  to move across the warned area. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain 
  have fallen in parts of Hartford County, which has led to 
  significant basement flooding in the towns of Simsbury and 
  Bristol. The expected rainfall rate is 2 inches in 1 hour, with as 
  much as 1.5 inches of rain having fallen at Bradley International 
  Airport. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

...FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1115 AM EDT THIS 
MORNING FOR NORTHEASTERN HARTFORD, TOLLAND, NORTHWESTERN WINDHAM, 
SOUTHWESTERN WORCESTER AND SOUTHEASTERN HAMPDEN COUNTIES...

At 933 AM EDT, trained weather spotters reported thunderstorms 
producing heavy rain across the warned area that has triggered 
flooding. Massachusetts State Police has reported 3 feet of street 
flooding on Fuller Road in Chicopee. Amateur radio operators also 
report that Lower Granby Road in Chicopee is impassable due to 
flooding. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. The expected 
rainfall rate is 2 inches in 1 hour. Flash flooding is ongoing or 
expected to begin shortly.
