* At 441 PM MDT, a confirmed tornado was located 12 miles west of
Hugo, or 13 miles south of Limon, moving north at 35 mph.
HAZARD...Damaging tornado and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Law enforcement confirmed tornado.
IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
