* At 259 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 9 miles south of
  Hugo, or 20 miles southeast of Limon, moving south at 20 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees. Hail damage to

FOR EAST CENTRAL LINCOLN COUNTY...

At 321 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 7 miles north of
Karval, or 32 miles south of Limon, moving south at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Ping pong ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts.
