* At 649 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located 13 miles northeast of Skaar, or 16 miles southeast of
Sidney, moving northeast at 20 mph.
HAZARD...Tornado and golf ball size hail.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree
