  heavy rain training across the warned area. Between 3 and 3.5 
  inches of rain has already fallen in some locations. Flash 
  flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

...FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 930 PM EDT THIS 
EVENING FOR CAYUGA, SOUTHERN ONONDAGA, SOUTHERN SENECA AND 
SOUTHEASTERN YATES COUNTIES...

At 807 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy 
rain has pushed south of the warned area. However, over 4 inches of 
rain has fallen in some areas. Law enforcement has reported that 
roads are flooded in several locations. If you are in a safe 
location, stay there and do not travel at this time.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
