...Strong thunderstorm will impact Howard and northwestern
Winneshiek Counties through 330 AM CDT...
At 255 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7
miles northeast of Elma, or 10 miles southwest of Cresco, moving
northeast at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Winds in excess of 30 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.
