east central Olmsted and southeastern Wabasha Counties through 1145
AM CDT...

At 1113 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Elgin, or 15 miles northeast of Rochester, moving east at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Half inch hail.
