* At 328 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between
1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts
of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding
is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

AFTERNOON FOR WICOMICO COUNTY...
At 424 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported road closures due to
high water in Salisbury and Delmar. Between 1.5 and 3.5 inches of
rain have fallen. Flash flooding is already occurring. The heavy
rain has ended, but the threat for flooding will persist for at
least another hour.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
