MORNING FOR THE CITY OF HAMPTON AND THE SOUTHERN CITY OF NEWPORT 
NEWS...

At 917 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooded roadways in 
the City of Hampton. Between 1.5 to 3 inches of rain have fallen. 
Most of the rain has ended, but the threat for flooding will 
continue for the next hour.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain.
