...HIGH WIND WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 PM AKST THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Northeast winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 60 mph.

* WHERE...Juneau, Skagway, and the South Klondike Highway.

* WHEN...Until 9 PM AKST this evening.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines.
  Widespread power outages are possible. Travel could be 
  difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Wind chills in Juneau will be around ten
  below zero. Wind chills in Skagway and the South Klondike
  Highway will be between 20 and 40 below zero. A wind chill
  advisory remains in effect for Skagway and the South Klondike
  Highway. High winds are most likely through Wednesday evening. 
  Although, there does exist the potential for high wind 
  conditions to persist through Thursday, but confidence is lower 
  in this outcome.

People should avoid being outside in forested areas and around
trees and branches. If possible, remain in the lower levels of
