.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHWEST COAST...
High pressure associated with a 1058 dam high near 80N and the
Dateline will continue to push S over the Chukchi Sea as it moves
200 nm W by Thu morning and weakens to 1055 mb. A weather front 
will push N to St Lawrence Island and the Southern Seward 
Peninsula Coast today, then stall and dissipate. Another front 
will move into the area S of the Bering Strait Thu spreading snow 
into the area, and Blizzard conditions to St Lawrence Island.
