The National Weather Service in Fairbanks has issued a Red Flag
Warning for lightning, which is in effect until 10 PM AKDT this
evening.

* TIMING...Until 10 PM

* LIGHTNING ACTIVITY LEVEL...4.

* WINDS...Northwest 5 mph or less.

* HUMIDITY...As low as 22 percent.

* TEMPERATURES...67 to 83.

* IMPACTS...Ample lightning could lead to numerous new fire 
  starts. Wind gusts as strong as 30 to 40 mph could cause 
  rapid changes in current fires.

A Red Flag Warning means that conditions are occurring or will
occur which could lead to the development of large and dangerous
