SATURDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...South winds 40 to 50 mph with gusts to 70 mph possible.

* WHERE...Near Isabel Pass.

* WHEN...From late Friday night through Saturday morning.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines. Travel
  could be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strong south winds are expected to develop
  late Friday night and continue through Saturday morning.
