High pressure extends SE across the Arctic from a 1031 mb high 600
nm N of Wrangel Island across MacKenzie Bay. Weak low pressure is
over the Arctic Plain, Chukchi Sea, and extending northwest to 
the New Siberian Islands. The axis of the high pressure will lie 
along 75N by this evening with the high moving W and a 1006 mb 
low developing near Demarcation Point.

Island SE, then E over 74N to the Beaufort Sea. The high pressure
will be pushed S over the nearshore waters as a weather front 
associated with a 990 mb low near the North Pole pushes S to lie 
from the Northern Beaufort Sea SW to 100 nm N of Utqiagvik. The 
front will approach the Central Arctic Coast early Sun morning 
with a 1008 mb low developing near Wainwright.
