  whiteout conditions in blowing snow at Point Lay, that will 
  spread to Wainwright late tonight. Significant drifting of the 
  snow is likely. Dangerously cold wind chills as low as 65 below 
  zero will cause frostbite in as little as 10 minutes to exposed 
  skin.
