EVENING ALONG THE BRISTOL BAY COAST...

* WHAT...Blizzard conditions occurring. Additional snow 
  accumulations of 2 to 4 inches. Heaviest amounts expected near 
  Port Heiden. Northeast winds 20 to 25 mph with gusts as high 
  as 35 mph.

* WHERE...Along the Bristol Bay Coast.

* WHEN...Until 9 PM AKST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be difficult. Visibilities reduced to one
  quarter mile or less at times. Arctic air temperatures combined
  with the wind will cause wind chills to be as low as 35 degrees
  below zero which could cause frostbite in as little as 10 to 15
  minutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Blizzard Warning means severe winter weather conditions are
expected or occurring. Falling and blowing snow with strong winds
and poor visibilities are likely. This will lead to whiteout
conditions, making travel very hazardous. If you must travel,
have a winter survival kit with you.If you get stranded, stay
with your vehicle.

* WHERE...Along the Kuskokwim Delta Coast.

* WHEN...From 9 AM to 9 PM AKST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on difficult travel conditions. Areas of blowing
  snow will reduce visibilities to as low as one half mile. 

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Periods of light snow and gusty winds may 
  develop across portions of the coastline prior to the advisory 
  start time. However, the onset of light snow and wind is not 
  expected to significantly reduce visibility to advisory levels. 
  The peak of the event is expected between 9 AM to 9 PM Wednesday
  when the precipitation will be the steadiest and heaviest. Snow
  is expected throughout the entire Kuskokwim Delta with the 
  worst conditions along the coast.
