* WHAT...West winds 35 to 55 mph with gusts up to 80 mph 
  expected.

* WHERE...Eastern Aleutians, including Unalaska.

* WHEN...From 4 PM Thursday to 10 AM AKDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...High winds may move loose debris, damage property, 
  and cause power outages. Travel will be difficult, especially 
  for high profile vehicles.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds will slowly decrease below Warning
  level through the day Friday, but will remain very gusty.

* WHAT...West winds 45 to 55 mph with gusts up to 75 mph 
  possible.

* WHERE...Alaska Peninsula. 

* WHEN...From Thursday evening through Friday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...High winds could move loose debris, damage property,
  and cause power outages. Travel could be difficult, especially
  for high profile vehicles.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The strongest winds are expected 
  along the north side of the peninsula.

AKDT FRIDAY FOR THE ALASKA PENINSULA...

* WHAT...Southwest winds 35 to 45 mph with gusts up to 75 mph 
  expected.

* WHERE...Alaska Peninsula, including Cold Bay.

* WHEN...From 11 PM this evening to 4 PM AKDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...High winds may move loose debris, damage property, 
  and cause power outages. Travel will be difficult, especially 
  for high profile vehicles.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A low traversing the Bering will strengthen
  as it moves eastward today, bringing gusty winds to the Alaska
  Peninsula. An initial round of gusty southerly winds will arrive
  this afternoon. However, much stronger southwesterly winds will
  arrive tonight. The strongest winds are expected on the Bering
  side of the Alaska Peninsula.

TO 10 AM AKDT FRIDAY FOR THE EASTERN ALEUTIANS...

  as it moves eastward today, bringing gusty winds to the Eastern
  Aleutians. Westerly winds will begin to ramp up this afternoon,
  and will peak during the overnight hours tonight before
  diminishing Friday morning. Gusty conditions are expected to
  continue throughout the day Friday, but winds will remain below
  warning criteria.
