...BLIZZARD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON AKST SUNDAY...

* WHAT...Blizzard conditions occurring. Total snow accumulations
  of 8 to 12 inches. Sustained winds of 25 to 35 mph, gusting as
  high as 60 mph.

* WHERE...Alaska Peninsula.

* WHEN...Until noon AKST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Widespread blowing
  snow could significantly reduce visibility to one quarter mile
  at times. Very strong winds could damage property and cause 
  power outages.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strong winds, snow, and blowing snow will
  persist through Sunday afternoon. Highest snow totals are
  expected along the north side of the Alaska Peninsula..

A Blizzard Warning means severe winter weather conditions are
expected or occurring. Falling and blowing snow with strong winds
and poor visibilities are likely. This will lead to whiteout
