ALONG THE KUSKOKWIM DELTA COAST NORTH OF TOKSOOK BAY...

* WHAT...Blizzard conditions occurring. North winds of 35 to 45 
  mph with gusts as high as 55 mph.

* WHERE...Along the Kuskokwim Delta Coast North of Toksook Bay.

* WHEN...Until 6 AM AKST Monday.

* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could 
  cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Current observations across Chevak and 
  near the Kuskokwim Delta Coast are showing winds gusting as 
  high as 50 mph this morning with 1/4 mile visibility. The 1/4 
  mile visibility and strong gusty winds upwards of 50 mph are 
  expected to continue throughout the day and into the early 
  morning hours on Monday. Conditions will gradually improve 
  early Monday morning with improving visibilities but winds 
  will remain gusty upwards of 20 to 30 mph throughout the day 
  Monday.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Blizzard Warning means severe winter weather conditions are
expected or occurring. Falling and blowing snow with strong winds
and poor visibilities are likely. This will lead to whiteout
