* At 157 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located over Fort Stanton, or 16 miles northeast of Ruidoso,
moving north at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
