The National Weather Service in Albuquerque has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Northeastern San Miguel County in northeastern New Mexico...

* Until 930 PM MDT.

* At 641 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms moving slowly 
  to the northwest producing heavy rain across the warned area. 
  Between 1.5 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall 
  amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash 
  flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Mosquero, Variadero, Trujillo, Trementina and Bell Ranch.

This includes the following highways...
	State Road 104 between Mile Markers 30 and 54.

EVENING FOR NORTHEASTERN SAN MIGUEL COUNTY...

At 746 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated the thunderstorms producing 
heavy rain have moved out of the the warned area. Between 1.5 and 
2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or 
expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
