  North Central Sandoval County in north central New Mexico...

* Until 400 PM MDT.

* At 158 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1.25 and 2 inches of 
  rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are 
  possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected 
  to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

AFTERNOON FOR NORTH CENTRAL SANDOVAL COUNTY...

At 308 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated the thunderstorms that were 
producing torrential rain have moved north of the area. Between 2 
and 3 inches of rain have fallen just north of Cuba to near La Jara. 
Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
