* At 1231 AM EDT, the stream gauge at Macksburg on Duck Creek 
  indicated a strong rise. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have 
  fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly as the stream 
  comes out its banks.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain.

above bankful at 13.2 feet. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have 
fallen last evening. Flash flooding is expected or occurring as the 
stream continues coming out its banks. The rise has slowed.

* At 643 AM EDT, the stream gauge at Macksburg on Duck Creek was 
  above bankful at 13.7 feet, and still rising slowly. Farther down 
  the Duck at Whipple, the gauge was at 11 feet, a foot below 
  bankfull. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain fell last night. Flash 
  flooding is expected or occurring as the stream continues coming 
  out its banks.


  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain.
