rain continuing to move slowly east across east central portions of 
Prowers County. Radar estimates of 1 to 2 inches of rain has already 
fallen across the warned area, with up to another inch possible 
across eastern Prowers County. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected 
to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
