* At 655 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located near Hartly, or 13 miles west of Dover, moving north at
  40 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

At 704 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located over Sudlersville, or 16 miles west of Dover, moving
northwest at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado.
