...A LINE OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL AFFECT NORTHERN SUSSEX...
SOUTHERN KENT AND EASTERN CAROLINE COUNTIES...
At 817 PM EDT, radar indicated strong thunderstorms were located
along a line extending from 6 miles south of Fortesque to near Bowers
to near Greensboro. Movement was southeast at 25 mph.
Wind gusts up to 50 mph are possible with these storms.
Locations impacted include...
Milford, Denton, Harrington, Lewes, Milton, Bridgeville, Greensboro,
Ellendale, Bowers, Goldsboro, Woodside, Viola, Smithville, Agner,
Sandtown, Andrewsville, Big Stone Beach, Felton, Greenwood and
Frederica.
Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms, and may
cause localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
