* Forecast...The creek level should rise above flood stage shortly, and continue
  rising to near 10.4 feet this evening. It should fall back below flood stage
  overnight.
* Impact...At 10.5 feet...Flood damage, adjacent to the creek, begins in the 
  city of Chester.
