expected in low-lying areas near shorelines and tidal waterways.
* WHERE...Tidal areas in the New Jersey counties of Gloucester,
Camden and northwestern Burlington, and in the Pennsylvania
counties of Delaware, Philadelphia and lower Bucks.
* WHEN...From 6:00 PM until 11:00 PM this evening.
* IMPACTS...At this level, flooding begins on the most vulnerable
roads along tidal waterways. Some partial or full road closures
are possible.
