already fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly.

central Adams County, as the thunderstorms producing heavy rain have
moved west of the area. Up to three inches of rain fell overnight
and flooding of low lying areas is likely this morning as the rain
tapers off.
