The National Weather Service in St Louis has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Southeastern Adams County in west central Illinois...

* Until 1030 AM CDT.

* At 432 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Radar indicated up to 4 inches 
  of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to 
  begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, 
           highways, streets and underpasses as well as other 
           drainage and low lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Quincy Regional Airport, Camp Point, Clayton, Beverly, Kingston,
  Liberty, Richfield, Plainville, Coatsburg, Columbus, Paloma and
  Kellerville.

This also includes Siloam Springs State Park.

...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1030 AM CDT FOR
SOUTHEASTERN ADAMS COUNTY...

At 835 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated mainly showers across the 
area as the thunderstorms producing heavy rain have moved west of 
the area.  Up to 3 inches of rain fell overnigh and this has led to 
some flooding of low lying areas. 

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, 
         highways, streets and underpasses as well as other drainage 
         and low lying areas.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Quincy Regional Airport, Camp Point, Clayton, Beverly, Kingston,
Liberty, Richfield, Plainville, Coatsburg, Columbus, Paloma and
Kellerville.
