* At 623 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms produced 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Up to 2 inches of rain has 
  fallen with additional rain likely. Flash flooding is ongoing or 
  expected to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, 
           highways, streets and underpasses as well as other

RANDOLPH COUNTY...

At 757 PM EDT, trained weather spotters reported many county roads 
flooded. Up to two inches of rain have already fallen. Flash 
flooding is already occurring.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain.

IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, 
         highways, streets and underpasses as well as other drainage 
         and low lying areas.

Flood waters have receded. Flash flooding is no longer expected to 
pose a threat, however flooding of some roadways remains and an 
areal flood warning will be issued in place of the flash flood 
warning with additional rain on the way. Please continue to heed any 
remaining road closures.
