BOONE...HAMILTON AND MONTGOMERY COUNTIES...

At 551 PM EDT, emergency management reported heavy rain has lead to 
widespread flash flooding in Hamilton County.  Water rescues are 
ongoing at this time. Up to two inches of rain have already fallen. 
Flash flooding is already occurring. Additional rainfall of an inch 
is expected over the next hour.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Heavy rain producing flash 
         flooding.

the warned area. Over two inches of rain have already fallen. Flash 
flooding conditions may be improving now, but more rain is on the 
way that could quickly worsen conditions.

         highways, streets and underpasses as well as other drainage 
         and low lying areas.
