The National Weather Service in Sioux Falls has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  Central Kingsbury County in east central South Dakota...
  North central Miner County in east central South Dakota...

* Until 1215 AM CDT.

* At 1137 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a
  tornado was located 8 miles east of Carthage, or 9 miles southwest
  of Lake Thompson State Recreation Area, moving northeast at 30 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Weather spotters reported funnel cloud.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.
