  Southwestern Roseau County in northwestern Minnesota...

* Until 515 PM CDT.

* At 426 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Middle River,
  or 19 miles north of Thief River Falls, moving north at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

limits, and no longer pose an immediate threat to life or property.
