heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain
have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

NORTHEASTERN PUTNAM, GREENE AND SOUTH CENTRAL OGLETHORPE COUNTIES...
The heavy rain has ended. Flash Flooding is no longer expected to
pose a threat. However, areas that are slow to drain may continue to
have standing water for the next few hours and some creeks and
streams will remain high. Motorists are cautioned to remain alert
for water on roads.
A Flash Flood Watch remains in effect until 1100 AM EST for portions
of central Georgia and east central Georgia.
