  heavy rain across the warned area. Rainfall amounts of 2.5 to 3.5 
  inches have already fallen today, and an additional 1 to 3 inches 
  are possible over the next several hours. Flash flooding is 
  ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

           highways, streets and underpasses as well as other
