* At 1100 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a
  tornado was located 7 miles east of Lamar, or 12 miles northeast of
  Rockport, and is nearly stationary.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree

was located near Lamar, or 10 miles northeast of Rockport, moving
southwest at 10 mph. 

HAZARD...Tornado.
