PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive 
cars through flooded areas.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 12.0 feet 
  this evening.
* Impact...At 12.0 feet, Some secondary roads near the Chagrin River 
  flood.
* Impact...At 13.0 feet, Flooding is possible along the northern 
  section of Trailard, Milann, and Chagrin Drives in Waite Hill. 
  Dodd Road inundated near Eagle Road.
