  Cuyahoga County in northeastern Ohio...
  Southwestern Geauga County in northeastern Ohio...
  Northeastern Medina County in northeastern Ohio...
  Northern Summit County in northeastern Ohio...

* Until 600 PM EDT.

* At 159 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated 
  thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 
  2.5 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing 
  across the warned area, with several roadways closed due to high 
  water. Many area rivers and streams are flooding due to the runoff 
  from heavy rainfall.

  HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms
           producing flash flooding.

  SOURCE...Doppler radar and automated gauges.

  IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
           urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

  Cleveland, Lorain, Elyria, Willowick, Vermilion, Western 
  Vermilion, Parma, Lakewood, Euclid, Cleveland Heights, 
  Strongsville, Brunswick, Westlake, North Royalton, North

At 434 PM EDT, Flash flooding continues across portions of the area, 
with numerous road closures reported. Between 2.5 and 5 inches of 
rain have fallen. Flooding of streams and rivers continues across 
the warned area.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Trained spotters.

IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
         highways, streets and underpasses as well as other
         drainage and low lying areas.
