  Southwestern Sumter County in central South Carolina...
  East central Orangeburg County in central South Carolina...

* Until 1230 PM EDT.
    
* At 1144 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a
  tornado was located near Elloree, or 11 miles east of Brookdale,
  moving north at 25 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* This dangerous storm will be near...
  Elloree around 1155 AM EDT.
  Santee State Park around 1200 PM EDT.

Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include

CENTRAL CALHOUN AND SOUTHWESTERN SUMTER COUNTIES...
    
At 1206 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located 8 miles north of Elloree, or 17 miles northeast of
Brookdale, moving north at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage 
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is 
         likely.

This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
east central Calhoun and southwestern Sumter Counties, including the
following locations... Lone Star, Low Falls Landing and Creston.
