The National Weather Service in Brownsville has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  North central Cameron County in Deep South Texas...
  Southeastern Willacy County in Deep South Texas...

* Until 430 AM CDT.
    
* At 359 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located near Lozano, or 7 miles east of Rio Hondo, moving north
  at 20 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* This dangerous storm will be near...
  Arroyo City around 420 AM CDT.

Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include Las
Yescas Elementary School, La Tina, Las Yescas and Monte Grande.
