  Central Grand Traverse County in northern Michigan...
  South Central Leelanau County in northern Michigan...

* Until 945 AM EDT.

* At 635 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain 
  have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin 
  shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Doppler radar.

  IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
           highways, streets and underpasses as well as other
           drainage and low lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Traverse City, Elk Rapids, Traverse City State Park, 
  Greilickville, Williamsburg, Fouch and Bates.

Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned

MORNING FOR SOUTHWESTERN ANTRIM, CENTRAL GRAND TRAVERSE AND SOUTH 
CENTRAL LEELANAU COUNTIES...

At 820 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy 
rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have 
fallen. Flash flooding is possible in Traverse City and the 
surrounding areas, even though rain is tapering off.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
