* WHAT...Northeast winds 35 to 55 mph with gusts of 70 to 80 mph 
  expected.

* WHERE...Thompson Pass to Valdez city.

* WHEN...From 3 PM Wednesday to 4 PM AKST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...High winds may move loose debris, damage property, 
  and cause power outages. Travel will be difficult, especially 
  for high profile vehicles.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds will increase across the zone through
  Wednesday with warning level winds from Thompson Pass to Valdez
  proper by late Wednesday afternoon. Areas of blowing snow will 
  likely continue.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds will steadily strengthen tonight
  through Wednesday, with the strongest winds through Thompson
  pass. Winds will then peak Wednesday night through Thursday,
  with similar wind gusts expected both in town and through
  Thompson Pass. These winds will cause blowing snow, with
  localized areas of reduced visibility in Valdez.
