Warning, which is in effect from 4 AM to 9 PM AKST Saturday. 

* TIMING...Winds rapidly increasing after midnight tonight
  tapering down late Saturday evening. 

* WINDS...Southwest wind 35 to 45 mph with gusts to 75 mph
  expected.

* IMPACTS...High winds may move loose debris and may damage
  property.
