WEST OF BETHEL...

* WHAT...Blizzard conditions expected. Total snow accumulations of
  4 to 6 inches. Winds gusting up to 45 mph. Visibility will fall
  to one quarter mile or less.

* WHERE...Kuskokwim Delta west of Bethel. Expect the worst
  conditions along the Kuskokwim Delta coast. 

* WHEN...From 6 PM this evening to 6 AM AKST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce 
  visibility.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...There will be 2 parts to this storm as a 
  front moves over the Kuskokwim Delta Coast. Expect visibility 
  to drop to one half mile or less in blowing snow conditions 
  starting this evening. Part 2 will start early Monday morning 
  with the next front approaching the coast. Expect visibility 
  to drop to one quarter mile from Kipnuk to Hooper Bay at 
  times. The strongest winds will diminish Monday afternoon, but 
  expect snow and blowing snow to continue through the overnight 
  hours.  

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Blizzard Warning means severe winter weather conditions are
expected or occurring. Falling and blowing snow with strong winds
and poor visibilities are likely. This will lead to whiteout
conditions, making travel very hazardous. If you must travel,
have a winter survival kit with you.

TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Snow and blowing snow expected. Total snow accumulations
  of 2 to 4 inches. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph.

* WHERE...Bristol Bay.

* WHEN...From noon today to 5 AM AKST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing 
  snow could significantly reduce visibility.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow and blowing snow are expected across
  Bristol Bay starting this afternoon as a front moves across the
  area. Strongest winds are expected along the coast. Winds will
  also increase through Kamishak Gap this afternoon through late
  this evening, causing conditions to worsen near Iliamna in 
  blowing snow. A band of snow setting up over Bristol Bay will 
  keep snow falling overnight into Tuesday morning when winds 
  begin to weaken.
