...BLIZZARD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 AM AKST SUNDAY FOR THOMPSON
PASS...

* WHAT...Blizzard conditions occurring. Expect snow and blowing
  snow to reduce visibility to near zero at times. Winds gusting 
  up to 50 mph. Additional snow accumulations of up to 16 inches 
  expected.

* WHERE...Through Thompson Pass.

* WHEN...Until 6 AM AKST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Falling snow and areas of blowing snow may reduce 
  visibility to near zero at times. Travel may be extremely 
  difficult.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Blizzard Warning means severe winter weather conditions are
expected or occurring. Falling and blowing snow with strong winds
and poor visibilities are likely. This will lead to whiteout
conditions, making travel very hazardous. If you must travel,
have a winter survival kit with you.If you get stranded, stay
with your vehicle.
