The National Weather Service in Tucson has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Southwestern Cochise County in southeastern Arizona...

* Until 300 PM MST.

* At 1157 AM MST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Expect showers and 
  thunderstorms to continue to move across this area for the 
  next 1 to 2 hours. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Sierra Vista, Benson, Hereford, Whetstone, Huachuca City, St.
  David, Tombstone, Kartchner Caverns State Park, Fort Huachuca,
  Parker Canyon Lake, Palominas, Charleston, Fairbank, Coronado
  National Memorial and Ramsey Canyon Preserve.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 10 between mile markers 299 and 303, and between mile
markers 307 and 310.
 Route 80 between mile markers 293 and 317, and between mile markers
325 and 327.
 Route 82 between mile markers 46 and 67.
 Route 83 between mile markers 3 and 6.
 Route 90 between mile markers 290 and 335.
 Route 92 between mile markers 322 and 347.

SOUTHWESTERN COCHISE COUNTY...

At 129 PM MST, Doppler radar continued to indicate showers and 
isolated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across southwestern 
Cochise county. Flash flooding is expected.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Sierra Vista, Benson, Hereford, Whetstone, Huachuca City, St. David,
Tombstone, Kartchner Caverns State Park, Fort Huachuca, Parker Canyon
Lake, Palominas, Charleston, Fairbank, Coronado National Memorial and
Ramsey Canyon Preserve.

In hilly terrain there are hundreds of low water crossings which are
potentially dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to cross flooded
roads. Find an alternate route.
