  Athens County in southeastern Ohio...
  Northeastern Vinton County in southeastern Ohio...

* Until 230 AM EDT.
    
* At 142 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located near Lake Hope State Park, moving southeast at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* This dangerous storm will be near...
  Nelsonville and Buchtel around 150 AM EDT.
  Athens and Albany around 200 AM EDT.
